The Kites' Visit
This weekend we had a wonderful time with Jonny's sister Libby and her husband Gregg. They drove 16 long hours to spend some time with us before the semesters begin for all of us. As I type this, they are still driving back to College Station, and they left Louisville at the crack of dawn. And did I mention they're literally moving 7 hours after arriving home! Yikes.
It was great to catch up with them, and to show them around Louisville. We did things that true Kentuckians would do, like see Churchill Downs...
and stand in a nine story warehouse full of thousands of barrels of Jim Beam bourbon...
Great fun was had by all, we really appreciate Libby and Gregg making the trek to Kentucky and I know they'll be craving some Graeter's ice cream again soon!
