some of my favorite people love watermelon.

This past weekend, we went to see family in Missouri and Arkansas

to tell them we're pregnant! (see their reactions on this post).

On our last day in Missouri we got together with my family and 

little cousins that I've missed dearly since moving to Louisville, 

to eat Yakimondu and of course, watermelon.

Watermelon seemed appropriate as it was Labor Day, 

a farewell to summer. 

(Pretty soon we'll be carving pumpkins and drinking hot cocoa!)

These kids do really love watermelon.

And apparently so does my husband.

And I really love these people.
